Événement CORPIQ | Unveiling the 2026 rent-setting criteria from the TAL

Free for CORPIQ members

The Québec government is preparing to implement a major reform of the regulation governing the criteria for setting rent. According to available information, this new regulation is expected to come into effect on January 1, 2026.
The Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) will publish in mid-January the reference data that will be used to calculate rent increases, along with the various adjustment scenarios in accordance with the new methodology.
To support landlords through these changes, CORPIQ invites you to its annual webinar, which will aim to:

  • Present in detail the TAL’s new rent calculation formula;

  • Explain the applicable adjustment percentages for 2025 rent increases;

  • Offer concrete recommendations to support your process;

  • Provide an interactive workshop to simulate, in real time, rent increases based on building type.

The webinar will be hosted by Sophie Sallaleh, Director of Advisory Services and Training at CORPIQ, who will answer your questions live.
A must-attend event to help you prepare and make informed decisions!
