2019 rent fixing criteria has been released, do the math!

CORPIQ has updated its calculation grid according to the criteria used by the Régie for 2019.

Once again, CORPIQ denounces the criteria used by the Régie du logement which handicap rental property owners. Two calculations are therefore proposed: the first is based on the criteria of the Régie, the second on those that CORPIQ considers to be the acceptable minimum.
