Navigating the world of rental property ownership—whether you're a sole owner or co-owner—can be overwhelming. From understanding how income and expenses are taxed, to knowing your responsibilities toward tenants and the tax benefits available to you, it’s a lot to take in. That's why Revenu Québec offers free support services on a range of topics to help you sort it all out.

One-on-one meeting
You can meet one-on-one with a Revenu Québec representative who will be able to answer any questions you may have. Meetings are free and confidential and can take place by videoconference, in person or by phone.

Online presentation
