Property owners found responsible for tenant’s fall on black ice

In a November ruling, the Superior Court of Québec ordered building owners near the city of Québec to pay over $27,000 in damages and interest to a tenant who had fallen in an icy parking lot. However, the Court divided the responsibility for the event equally between the owners and the tenant.
