In a decision made this spring by Administrative Judge Marc C. Forest, the Régie du logement addressed the requirement for both parties to disclose their residential address. The issue arose in the case of a request from an owner to terminate a lease due to unpaid rent. Incidentally, the housing board did not speak of the validity of her claim.
