CORPIQ notes the City of Montreal's willingness to move forward with the landlord registry
CORPIQ is disappointed that it was never consulted in the process of creating a responsible landlord certification, which was conceived without the input of people in the field. However, CORPIQ and its members share the objectives of offering a healthy environment and quality housing to all Montrealers and are key players in the housing sector in Montreal.
Having never had a presentation from the city on this new register, CORPIQ is taking time to analyze the details of the project before making any comments. It hopes to receive shortly, from the City of Montreal, all documentation related to this project.
CORPIQ wants to be heard at the commission organized by the City of Montreal to discuss this project.
