Today, CORPIQ is unveiling a new brand identity—clearer, stronger, and designed to better reflect what has guided our actions since 1980: giving a voice to Quebec’s landlords.

This new visual identity embodies CORPIQ’s ambition to be more than an association: a strategic ally, an influential advocate, and a trusted partner for those who help house Quebecers and keep the rental housing market moving forward every day.
More modern, more accessible, and more engaging, it reflects the role CORPIQ is committed to playing: defending, supporting, and bringing together today’s landlords to help shape the future of housing.
A new platform designed for landlords
This transformation also includes the launch of a completely redesigned website, currently available in early access. Reimagined from the ground up, it offers a simpler, clearer experience and makes resources easier to find and access.
The site is launching today in beta. While its core features are available, some components are still being implemented or refined. We will continue to actively develop and enhance the platform over the coming weeks in preparation for its official launch.
