CORPIQ asked its members what they saw as the two main obstacles to the renovation of rental properties

A majority of 59% have pointed to the risk of not being able to sufficiently increase the rent because of the Régie du logement, then followed the risk of the rent not being increased enough because of the inability of tenants to pay (51%) and the lack of money available to fund the work (38.6%). CORPIQ, who is calling for a revision of rent fixation, shared these results with government authorities.
