Exclusive fees

• Residential landlord-tenant litigation for the application of the law and regulations relating to the TAL and to municipalities: 15 to 20% discount, a 15% discount being applied on rates of less than $200/hr and 20% on rates of more than $200/hr.
• 10% discount for other residential real estate situations, excluding landlord-tenant disputes.
• Commercial real estate law: 10% discount.
• No discount on fees for any other legal field.
