IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MEMBERS

To remain in compliance with applicable laws and as an agent of personal information, CORPIQ wishes to advise that:

  • Only members who have signed and returned the ProprioEnquête® Protocole and conditions of use form can use the service.
  • Before making a request for investigation, have the candidate sign the most recent version rental application form. Scan the form and add it to the request.
  • The rental application form must include :
    • Address of the rental unit
    • Signature of the person authorizing the investigation
    • CORPIQ reserves the right to require the signed original.
  • The Order form for fax investigations must include the name, surname and member number of the requestor.
  • CORPIQ is not allowed to treat a rental application dated more than 14 days.
