Événement CORPIQ | Unveiling the rent-setting criteria from the Tribunal administratif du logement

On January 16, 2024, the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) unveiled the figures used in rent-setting and its increase scenarios.

As part of this event, CORPIQ organized a conference to present the TAL's calculation methodology, the percentages applicable for rent increases in 2024, and recommendations for landlords.

This virtual conference was hosted by Sophie Sallaleh, CORPIQ's Director of Training and Advisory Services.
